Replacing salon door hinges

I refinished my salon door inside teak this winter and after removing the doors found a broken hinge. I was not able to find a replacement hinge anywhere. Finally, I inquired with Grand Banks and they do sell those 2.5x3 inch hinges (they are pricey). You may request part number 20416-023 or ask for the 2.5x3 inch hinge.

What i found is the two outside holes are not exactly in the same spot as my 1991 vintinge ones (other measurements are exactly the same):

When installed in the door the two outer screws do not seat 100% square (or you can have the center one off):

Luckily, i purchased a set of three hinges from Grand Banks and was able to attach the door without much difficulty. I believe that next time I may drill out these two holes just enough to enable the srews to seat pertfectly flat.
